Added note: I originally thought my 4 yo daughter deleted my characters but after making a new character to contact my guild mates and make them aware of the situation I then logged out and went to intentionally delete the new toon to realize you have to properly type the name in to delete it…. my 4 yo defiantly can’t spell so I’m assuming someone else logged in and did this :-(

Someone has obtained my email address and log in password somehow and deleted all my characters. I had just made $200 in gem store purchases in the last month. I submitted the ticket and the game ad mins are refusing to help me stating “we were unable to verify any hacking in to your account.”. I am requesting a rollback to obtain my characters back. I changed my password. It would seem after spending the amount of money I have spent on the game then to only delete all my characters would not make sense to at all which I feel should throw up a red flag that this was not me who did this. I haven’t had any past issues or violations on my account so I’m a bit shocked at the lack of cooperation. Imy not going to pay hundreds of dollars for stuff I can’t use at which point I will dispute the charges to my account as a last resort, I feel robbed. Ultimately I just want to continue to play the game with my 2 characters. I do not share my account nor do I give out my password or log in information. I have played this game since gw1. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
