(1368877) Raiment of the Lich Skin bought it twice on accident and both is not on my wardrobe. I accidentally bought two of them because at first I didn’t see it in my inventory and then so I decided to confirm it again and yet nothing was there. 15 minutes later it showed up. It was worth 700 gems each totaling at 1400 gems. I haven’t double clicked it or used it. It was in my bank but now its in my inventory. It looks like at the gem store it doesn’t look like I purchased it but the item is still in my inventory and I still haven’t got my 1400 gems. I need it to convert to gold so I can buy this skin I really want with the bats please hurry while the price I can afford is still there.

I want to start off by saying I apologize if I offended anyone on my last post. It’s been three days and I haven’t heard back since. I read in another post that, tech support works 365, 7 days and 24hrs so like why is it taking so long? Do you guys work on weekends? I guess there is no phone support because I can’t seem to find a number. I’ve heard from other players that they had a ticket out since last year and some even longer and still not resolved. Have you guys thought of ways to resolve this issue? Last post I seen to try to resolve some type of customer service was back in 2012 when the game was released. Is it that maybe working on Heart of Thorns causing the delay or the many people who has jumped back to the world of Tyria cause of the hype of this new expansion?

If you have been through this waiting list of getting your issues resolved, please share your experience and maybe give some light and hope of that you will be help some time. For the people who is still waiting, how long have you waited? Do you still play? Thank you.
