This is something I’ve been a tad bit put-out about, really. The only thing i can say though is that in PvE (at least) and sometimes in PvP, the Mist Form ability can be particularly useful… and being able to move around while downed isn’t that common. Not like that. It kinda balances in PvE, with us getting shafted in PvP.
