I’m posting in behalf of a guildmate, ticket Reference # 130103-002421
His account got suspended, no gw2 forums access. Check his case, he’s the most active guy in our guild.

He’s not using bot he chats all the time on guild chat and teamspeak. “investigations can take 48 hours or longer” this is like 2 years wait for this guy.
Would appreciate if some help could be given to process his case. Thank you.
