Damm that sucks. . Its getting so irritating . . What did they recommend u to do? .

I have been having this problem for almost a month now and its getting very frustrating.
My party chat stops working after 30 min -2 hours its kinda of random but will eventually happen. When it happens i can still use map chat and normal chat, but whisper, guild chat and party chat no longer work’s I am unable to see anything said or reply anything. Is there a way to solve this problem. Need help urgently!.

this is the 3rd day that i’m being ban for botting which is a false accusation.
I’m fed up of waiting to be un-ban for something i did not commit in the first place.
Did you even check my account before you ban me? In my entire gaming years i have never been ban for botting, gold selling because i do not use such programs. I hate cheaters and being called one is utterly insulting to the core. I have wrote and updated my ticket with all details needed so that i can help speed up the process but until today i have not receive even a single reply, all i was doing before i was ban was doing some dynamics events with my guild mates at curse shores.

I’ve been banned for not apparent reason, its says that i’ve violated the rules by botting, using macro and third party programs? this is totally false. I’ve been an honest player and i’ve also constantly report players for gold selling in LA whenever i see one.

If an honest player like myself would get ban under such circumstances than why would i even bother helping the community out? I get ban for reporting bots!

Its a weekend and i can’t log into the game because i was mistakenly ban! I have work on weekdays, my gaming time is only mostly on weekends and now it’s ruin.

Anet please fix this problem asap because your penalizing honest players here. The forum already proves this. Kindly get my account back and running, i want to play the game and my time is being wasted!

and for your info my game came with a box i got off a retail gaming shop, its legit! not some digital copy FAKE!

I got a My account was banned due to suspicious activity when i was farming with my guild. Is there some mistake here? . If it is because i log in alot is because there is a problem with my computer , It always gets stucked at the chr screen and i have to Alt+Tab out and end the test, It usually works after alot of tries. Please check this for me . . . because i have never abused or used any 3rd party programs and stuff.
