Guild Wars 2

Hello!
I recently got back into the game, around the release of the 6th LWS3 episode, and during my time away my old guild disbanded for the most part. Now that I am excited to play the game once more, what with the expansion coming up, and some new goals, I am on the hunt for a guild that fits me.

Looking for:
A smaller to medium size guild (I don’t like just being one in the crowd in massive 400 player guilds)
PvE focused (I want to get better at fractals and I also would like to get into raiding as it was the only reason I ever coinsidered playing WoW)
Voice Communication (Something like a discord server is nice to have)

A little about me:
EST time zone (if that matters)
Fully geared viper and power necro (and a power ele but necro is my main. I understand that ele is far more useful though)
Generally a friendly and happy person.

I, as the title suggested, am looking for a raid group. I have never really raided before (I poked at a couple of the bosses) but I want to actually start clearing wings. Last time I tried to raid, an extremely salty player decided to take out their rage on me and the other newer raider (even though it was a teaching run ), so I haven’t touched the content since. I hope to avoid this experience and actually enjoy the content. I have full ascended condi necro and zerk ele. So I finally bit the bullet and crafted full ascended gear for my ele as I am really interested in raids! So now I need to find a group. I am in EST time zone and at the moment, my time is rather open. Please message me in game if you are looking for a dps Ele for raids!

I am sick of the crap in lfg for raids asking for legendary insights or full ascended maxed out stats. I just want to raid. I’m looking for a semi casual raiding guild that raid on a sorta regular basis. (I prefer smaller guilds but I’m not too picky). I have ascended weapons/trinkets for my dps reaper, and for my in progress elementalist. I am also working on acquiring ascended armor. Please send me a mail if interested, or have any questions.

why do all the guilds that i would want to join have an age requirement

Hello GW2 community. So I recently got my druid equipped with ascended weapons and trinkets, and exotic armor, and I want to get into raids. I have defeated the VG with an old guild, but I was not on a Druid, or on a real build. I would prefer to find a guild that is willing to help out a newer raider, and not be complete kitten -hats. I have been playing GW2 for about a year now, and I want to get into raids. I have little to no knowledge about the raid encounters, but I wold like to learn. I have a level 80 druid with ascended weapons and trinkets, and exotic armor foucused on healing power. I would really like to join a community that is willing to help me improve my skills, and not be complete kitten -hats. So I’ve been playing Gw2 for about half a year now, and I am looking for a guild where I can make some friends and interact with other players I know on a regular basis. I have been in a really large guild so far, but I am not a big fan of it. I feel lost in the crowd.

Here is what I am looking for:
Smallish, but with active players ( like a community)
PVE mostly
A voice communication system
Friendly to newcomers
Some sort of schedule of activities, like a GM night
