I agree with you daibish..we have the same opinion..and you can ask in forums why somebody use a build or so..or as you said..“(unless there was a place for people to write, and then it’d be up to them to write these things in)”

exactly..thats called SKILLS TO PAY THE BILLS..
if u are skilled ur will remain skilled..if not..u will remain as you are..thats the right thing of an amory

not so many people are using those websites for hosting builds and the forums are totally uneffective..they dont help..they confuse more..i prefer something more clear..

I also understand what’s your point i just suggesed that could help alot the game..
but im sure people dont like it becauze it will “elitism” as you say tha game..

you say the logic of a player who will copy a build is like “i faceroll for victory.”
hm let me think..
how many people you see they dont even know what AOE is man?yesterday i was in wvw with commander krosis and we tried to explain WHAT AOE IS..and u tell me now that people will be PRO if they copy a build?..man seriously..if u want to be a good player,u will search on your own and u will improve your skills.armory is just an option will help you to open your mind and see other things that people think..nothing more nothing else.it depends how you will use it.
dont you agree?

i dont approve those two logics because everyone has the right to be better and get ideas from the other players.
and thats the point of creating a database(armory) like this.

Hello fellas..
We were in a coffee shop with some friends(guildwars’ players) and we were thinking about a guildwars2 Armory.
We are sure that will help alot of players to improve their gameplay and share their opinions about their builds/armors etc.
For example,You see a commander who is very good at WvW and you would like to see how his armor is runed or his traits are built.You can go to his armory and take some ideas.That will help all players at all the categories of their play(Wvw-Dungeons-Fractals-SPvP)to share their builds and take ideas for creating theirs builds-armors.
I Hope you liked our idea and we also hope that ArenaNet will make it happen as soon as possible to improve our gameplay.

another suggestion is to put in pvp sized teams..Like 2v2-3v3-5v5 and a ladder for it..it will be imba

A thing that will go long way is to low the graffics in WvW.
Game has allready too powerfull graffics and people when are fighting in a battle at wvw they see nothing except spikes.
I am sure that all players dont have the ultra machine(meaning pc) in their hands so they can reciprocate all these graffics.I am sure that all players enjoy the high end graffics that game has but it can be more comfortable for all players to play without spikes and lags in the duration of a wvw battle.
