Hello there. My friend’s account was hacked about 2 weeks ago. He has an open support ticket. He can’t log into the forums anymore because he gets this message:

“This GuildWars 2 account has a mobile authenticator enabled – please enter the code that authenticator provides to log in.”

He never enabled an authenitcator.

If you could look into this I would appreciate it:

Video freezes but can still hear game sounds

I didn’t have any problems with the Fractured patch or the subsequent update later that day. After the small patch I downloaded today, however, my game freezes consistently after playing for just a few minutes.

The game doesn’t crash. I get no errors. The video on the screen just stops. I can hear sounds in game just fine. I let it sit there for 15 minutes and it never starts up again. I manually crash the game, go back in and the freeze happens again after a few minutes.

My video card drivers on my GTX 580 are up to date.

Any help would be appreciated.

I’ve had two tickets open for days that might be able to be resolved if I can understand what the technical limitations are of the support department.

Like many people, I had trouble when I registered my Collector’s edition serial code. It created a separate account for me. So I no longer have access to the characters I was playing on during the headstart and first week. I have new account where my CE code and HoM rewards are on, but I’ve had to start brand new characters.

I’ve been waiting on the following tickets regarding this situation:

120903-002227

I’d prefer to get my old account back so my reserved names and headstart time wasn’t just a big waste. But if the answer is going to be that support cannot move the CE serial code and HoM link back to my original account, I’d rather just know now so I can give up and start leveling new characters on the new account.
