and how do u know the issue is a hardware issue my card works perfectly fine for all other games i play on my pc except for this one which is the only one im experiencing all the issues on

how do i remove and re-seat my video card?

never had any issues or crashes until the very first patch after that its been all downhill and i can barely play for more then 20mins straight without a full crash happening absolutely unreal

does anybody have any solutions other then the ones posted that can help to fix this issue?!

me too absolutely nothing games not worth the trouble as of now to even try to play which is sad because it is amazing when it plays rite. DEVELOPERS GET ON FIXING THIS!!!

its a big file thats there but ever since the first patch the game hasnt played like it used to for me

the nature of the freeze is randomly throughout the game ill be in combat or just exploring the world and my computer will freeze to the point where i have to hold my modem button to reset it and my specs are:
AMD FX™-6100 six core processor
3.30 ghz
8gb of ram
64 bit operating system windows 7 service pack 1
graphics card is GeForce GTX 550 Ti

how do i do this

my computer consistenly freezes up all the time now playing guild wars 2. it never use to do it and i have a custom PC built for this game. dont understand if the developers dont know this or just dont care to do anything about it but i miss being able to play this game like i used to please if anyone has any suggestions or can help me with this issue it would be greatly appreciated!
