•Provide the information requested here. Did too

•Read the daily update and the archives, too. Really? you want me to spend my own time to watch if this ridiculous situation is over for 3days long? what is this. you think gamers have no life? Is this a joke? Fine.

•Watch your email for updates. Thank God to my iphone – -^

•When you get the email, see if the update applies to your situation. Am I waiting on news letters? Just solve the problem at single step. Don’t extend it.

•If the update does not appear to address your issue, update your ticket, if requested, to let the team know you still need help. Really? is this the best you can come up with? NOW I SERIOUSLY WANT TO VISIT YOU OFFICE WOW
