3 pips into diamond now at 199 ranked games played.
We went 19 – 3 last night.
It’s me(power rev), carrion necro(skilled player I’ve known for over 8 years since early WoW days) and a alacrity bunker mesmer (best mesmer I have ever seen)
Our mesmer is our most recent recruit and he’s played PvP in this game since release. He’s only just hit sapphire with less than 60 ranked matches… Not sure the exact amount. And the necro is 2 tiers into ruby.
If you’re wanting a team of chill players. Non ragers and looking to meet and play with new friends. We hope you can call us that and just have fun as a team pushing in ranked.
We’re all skilled players and have a lot of PvP background experience.
Our mesmer has the exp of playing a lot more than us on this game. We’ve adjusted the first week we played over a month ago. We started doing ranked 3 weeks ago.
If you’re at all interested in being apart of a team. We do use Skype and if you want some PvP background of me and the necro. I pull over 800-1.1 mill dmg a game and the necro does over 600k.
If you know of WoWs pvp background. We’re both x8 gladiators and x1 rank 1s.

what we’re looking for…
1. Chill person. Don’t care if your a guy or girl. Someone who is dedicated and loves to PvP.
2. Know your class and don’t worry if you’re not at a high division because you haven’t had a chance to play much ranked.
3. Be somewhat talkative. We’re all adults here between ages of 23 and 26. Don’t be a drama queen. We’re here to play and have some great friends on this awesome game.
We’re more interested in queuing as 4 until legendary. But depending on the number of players that send me PMs or respond here I might change my mind and give it a shot.
As our 4th we’re interested in having a player with great experience at guarding home that can also hit mid when they can. Have exp at doing a 1v1 when attacked and only calling for help when actually needed.
Our 5th would have to be probably an Ele or Mesmer. But our 4th can be whatever… as long as you’re experienced at guarding home.

I’m currently on the 4th tier for Ruby in 170 ranked matches. My friend is a tier off from Ruby. We’ve played mmorpgs since Burning Crusade of WoW which is like 8-9 years ago.
We were both multi glads and we’ve earned rank 1 a single time. Which is the equivalent of high Legendary in this game.
WHAT WE WANT and DON’T WANT.
No Drama please. We’re here to play the game and have fun doing so. No ragers. I’m here to make more friends and push rank in PvP like we did on WoW.
Not trying to make us sound elitist. We want to play with dedicated PvP players who are also looking for mates to play the game with. We recently met two players now that would rage in matches. Stop playing ranked after something they didn’t like happen.
There will be no rage from us. We play to win and take matches serious to use all options available to us to win the games. We’re both 23yo and want to form a team of friends that can share our interests in this game.

Just thought about it! I got a fix guys… if you group up with an Amber as a diamond or legendary. Make it so you if you lose a match… you lose 5-15 pips. In WoW terms… if you are 2800 rated and another player is 2800. If you have a 1500 player that drops ur mmr to like 2200. If you lose a match… you will nuke 30-50 points a game. and only win 1 point.
So… how and why is this allowed?
I came from WoW and it’s has some broken stuff too but this is like next level. People paying $40 for HoT to play meta builds and have amber rank to boost their main teams should be considered a real exploit.
What’s your thoughts. Does it seem right for people to do this?

We play and push for fun but we’re also here to win matches. Like anyone else would want to as well.
I’ve played mmos with Veritas for 9 years now and Mirrahbelle joined us when we first started out just a month ago. Now we’re half way through Ruby in under 150 ranked games played and looking to push for a chance at Legendary.
Me and Veritas are x6-8 Gladiators and a 1 time Rank 1. Our 3rd is Mirrahbelle. She’s been playing the game since it was released and helped us catch up with what’s new on this game compared to WoW. We’re all excellent players at the game and normally win most of our matches.
But we need to fill our ranks!
We need someone who is dedicated at protecting home and at the same time able to participate at mid and watching out for his Home. (skype & a mic would be needed so we know if you need help at home)
In case Ren doesn’t follow through. Anyone interested in joining the mid group with us 3 can also post letting me know.

We’re currently 20 wins and 6 losses in ranked. Halfway through emerald and she’s on sapphire. It’s 3 of us and we’re all 23-24 years old.
Our 3rd has played this game since release and she’s dedicated and a great gamer.
Me and an old friend from WoW are multi gladiators and a season Rank 1 in PvP. Which is the same as legendary in this game in terms of skill in WoW.
All three of us clicked right away in PvP. No raging of any kind. We’re all chill and love to play the game. We had a 4th and invited a 5th from our matches but it didn’t work out. We did great in our matches in ranked but they had that e sport mentality and attacked (greatly hinted) towards team members on skype.
I PROMISE
A fun team that can hopefully stick around and be good friends with on the game. So far we share that mentality with our 3rd.
My long time buddy on WoW that’s experienced as I am. We’ve known each other for 9 years. Yuup..
We had lots of friends that I’m still connected with on WoW through Facebook that moved on because of life.
No raging. We won’t attack you on skype. We work as a team and die as a team. Suure. Maybe you can complain about something the other team did. That’s understandable in PvP games. But never at each other.
We’re all dedicated and great at PvP. We play from the weekdays between 5pm to 10:30pm PST. And anytime during the weekends.
We joke around about random stuff. Talk about TV shows… movies… anime. Whatever really….

What we expect from you…
Be dedicated to the PvP. Believe in yourself as an above average gamer. Don’t be a d!ck. E-sport mentality is a no no. We will climb the ranks as a team. We want that. But having that mentality and letting it out on team members doesn’t boost morale. We play for fun and use different tactics to win games.
I can’t say this enough. We don’t want someone who will attack at a team member during a game. We had someone recently that would do that. EVEN DURING A MATCH while being 160 points up against the other team. Yeah… it’s lame. Don’t be lame.
Even with how good we were in WoW we never had that e sport mentality. I made videos and made some money that way. But never did we have that e sport mentality. I’m not saying it’s a bad thing. I like a player that wants to push the ranks in PvP. But being a d!ck won’t get you far.

quick little clip I made. only from 1 pvp session… sorry that it’s only the same person I fight lol. I just made this real quick. Showing off my bursting capabilities and how I get them off. I also use the grip pull from spear of justice for bursting but depends on the situation.
Once I get home I can link screenshots if needed of our damage output in matches. Here’s proof of our skill as a PvP player in mmorpgs.
No GW2 footage yet since we’ve played for under 2 weeks on this game but that doesn’t mean we don’t know how to PvP. We excel in PvP as highly experienced players in mmorpgs. We average 550-700k damage in a match under 10 minutes. Our self healing is always 80% of the damage we take. I can link in screenshots later when I get home.

I know GW2 is a lot different from WoW in terms of PvP. We understand that. Rest assured we know that and we have adjusted greatly. Setting up burst is the same. But the need of acting defensive in a moments notice is something we adjusted too quite easily.
We’re both wanting to join a chill group. Dedicated to the PvP in this game. We’re 23 years old. Both of us. And did PvP in WOW since BC.
We played in 8 seasons and earned gladiator 6 times. I got rank 1 one time.
