Yes it’s halloween again, and we have all been excited about it and same for the other festivals but something is different??? Whats that you say? 1 hour in labs before DR kicks in? Whoa, wait a sec, we think COF grinds are ok but a 2 week festival that only comes around once a year we need to be throttled?!?!?! That’s not possible, you can play GW2 your way right? Wrong, you need to move to condis and just for those who didn’t know there is nothing wrong with warrior and mesmers will probably get another buff…again…off track sorry too many have griped about that too long, just like the players are sick of lack-luster content or copy and paste mechanics in “new” maps, phoned in, reused festivals with the defense there are a couple of new skins. I’m sure someone will reply to this with a classic go back to …. or uninstall or whatever but the point is people are doing just that…why type your frustrations when you can just leave. If any dev takes time to read any post please read this part:

*Not everyone wants to play range/condi

*Some people like to grind and why can’t they especially if it’s for decorations or skins not gear

*If you wanted to punish those who actually tried to grind this recycled content why did you nerf the drop rate HOURS after you launched it, do you guys test this stuff anymore?

*Quit nerfing fights because a couple of crybabies cant beat the boss, HOT masteries were nerfed as soon as people said that’s too hard, the lab fights nerfed, fractals, ect…
some players like harder content and not just raids

I do like the game but I want to love it again

Lots of heated opinions but not wanting to find something to do for an hour while waiting on WvW doesn’t mean someone is 6 it might mean they have a life or a family and to log in and wait for an hour while your mom brings down some pizza rolls to the basement is not an option for those of us with jobs, families, and responsibilities. So while it’s easy for the group that is all about mindless blob on blob action to rave about Qs the rest of us have lives and don’t have time to be wasted standing in line. This is why server transfers were crazy for a while because some wanted big battles and BvB while others wanted to be able to run with their guild and be able to have some smaller scale WvW that doesn’t require 40 ppl to leave the spawn. So please remember this a community and that means not everyone wants what you want and that needs to be respected by players and devs. And as for the name calling aren’t at least some of you adults? Is your ego that fragile that someone can’t have a contrasting point of view? But I have to agree with those speaking out so Anet doesn’t go change a bunch of stuff in the wrong direction because of the one crying just like with the BL change that is now accompanied by circus music.

Clearly the give it time folks haven’t dealt with Qs every weekend and had your guild split up all over the place and can’t play with your friends. It sucks and while the wait and see approach may be the right way what about those who will just not play under those circumstances? This IS a problem and yes it will calm down meaning people who are trying WvW out or coming back have no reason to stay and it will end up worse off than before. So while I understand the points made here I have to disagree with the general attitude of Qs are good because BvB is not what I got into this game for.

Well sorry to upset the fanboys but the Qs will not stop on weekends unless a lot of players quit after the experience on reset night. My guild came from SoR and we left because it sucks when you can’t run with your guild during the weekend. I was in a short Q for almost an hour…sorry but EoTM doesn’t make up for an hour long Q. While I am not criticizing devs for this move I do have to ask if the end game strategy is to make us wait for an hour to play? If this is the end game strategy then maybe another BL map like the Alpine (still mad at the community for crying about that) map as a 4th BL map, as on my server there were at least 200 in Q and how many are not going to wait an hour and do something else then log? I don’t see how not running with your guild and Qs equal a good thing? I see what you guys are saying about increased activity in WvW but it will drop off again if this doesn’t get more palatable.

That part I agree with, typing it in is fine just but just be careful as a leader/officer what you click on until that day.

I disagree, our guild was founded with three guild leaders and we don’t bring in people that would not step down if asked, also who accidentally makes someone co-lead? Also why is it Anet’s problem that some people don’t watch what they click? I hate hearing that Anet screwed up by allowing a player to make a mistake, and what happened to having penalties for making mistakes? Nah for real though thank you QQers, the world need haters.

I think a multi leadership system is awesome and our guild has no desire to see it change. We love Anet for listening to REAL players and not people who need mommy to help because the game is too hard. For real people just play and enjoy because if they start listening to you guys it will be Warhammer all over again.
