thats the latest error report i got processer is slow i know that its old but worked fine before new video card its a Intel Core 2Duo and i have 4g ram i cant find the name of my mother board though still gota look around

nope nothing still crashed i actually stopped playing this about 5 months ago because of the crashing and with new content stuff wanted to try again but meh my old video card didnt crash but was extremely slow as soon as we put in the new one everything went downhill even with all the req specs in my computer to handle the video card

ok i have tried absolutely everything it only happens at random could be 20 seconds could be a couple hours sometimes all day without crashing were it will crash my computer completely and i have to end up manually holding power button down to restart screen can freeze from black,blue,purple,pink, iv taken it to the shop they did there tests say video card and everything is working fine basically they shrug there shoulder and go i have no idea my video card is a evga gtx560ti really need some help this isn’t the only game it does this on but this game is the most consistent it does crash on need help im not all that computer tech savy and its frustrating the crap out of me please help

151112:Cannot access my account due to email
change, new provider of internet service
submitted 12-8, got an email asking for more info 12-9: sent u info u wanted….waited…waited and waited..then posted here on the 13th and…waited…waiting….. begining to wonder if the waiting ever stops and i will have access to my account again?!!!!!!
A response before this makes me nuts would be appreciated very much……….

(I have no access to the forums(because of this problem) to post for help so I’m using my sons account -with his permission-, just in case your worried I’m boosting my sons booster account and that’s whats holding you back! lol)
And thx to the people of the forums for their support, it keeps me from totally giving up

this is Dizzie Mizzie, I sent my info on the 9th of Dec and it is now the 14th. I also have posted once it went past 5 days……hope you get your email changed faster than it seems it is going for me!! I hope you can still get into your account-because of old email(no longer in use)and needing email authorization I’ve been stuck! (oh and i did try un-authorizing thru verification, but all that was lite up was the password change wouldnt let me click to un-authorize)

Heres to hoping your GW2 gaming life will be less complicated than mine! hahaha

I am using my sons account to send this to you since I am not able to even able to log into forums right now, the forums are also wanting an email authorization,which isnt going to work since we changed providers and i no longer have the email your sending it to

I sent in a support ticket on 12-8 and it is now 12-13

I recieved one email saying u got mine, then one stating u needed the following info, both on 12-9, now i havent heard anything since then. I am very upset, afraid the authorization could have gone to a new user of my old email call name if they recycled it and if so that new person could be trying to hack my account as we speak.

Prometheus is the one that asked for the info, and i havent even heard if he got it or what the deal is….all i want is a response to know when i can have access to my account again-when can u change my email. I’ve have requested a response from Prometheus as to whether the info was recieved but heard nothing .

you have all my info verifying who i am-you asked for it more than once, the answers are still the same…..plz i am who i say i am…..after all i sent you that should be plain i would hope.

UPDATE: Just to let you all know-still haven’t heard anything thru email again yet or from the forums-Anet has had a butt load of info from me to verify its me now since the 9th…..just some response to let me know how its coming would be so much appreciated!!!!! Nothing in answer is just mind numbingly painful at this point(sorry).

actually the old account does not exist for me any longer, im just afraid someone else may have choose to use my old email call name with my old provider..which would be a problem(see i dont know if they let ppl recycle old email names)and the reason i cant get into the forums is because its wanting to send an authroization email when i try to log in – to the email that doesnt exist for me any longer……so i just feel very stuck.

I do have my active emails all password protected, just like to be safe.

I just hope to have access to my game asap.

thank you, it was early in morning, and out of frustration i may not have been thinking properly, so i appreciate you removing that for me very much. I was just thinking about removing it as you had accomplished it, but I’m glad you got to it sooner. Thank you again.

Computer crashes with screen freeze

Computer totally locks up and have to hard restart computer the screen can freeze black,blue,pink,or red iv tried everything even taking my computer to a tech person and he cant recreate the freeze and he has check everything temps,clean install, stress tested video card the crash can happen at random from 5 mins to going without the entire day without crashing please help
