I was also disappointed when I unlocked the skill after I had kept those 30 SP. I think that as it is now the range is too low (around 1400 right) but I also think that the same range of the fixed mortar perhaps would be too much. Maybe a range of 2000 would be a little more appropriate for a mortar?

Hello, there are now three sticky threads with players posting their unresolved tickets and I am curious to which one ANet are looking in to first…
“Account Hacked? Permanently Banned? Post here!” or “Players Awaiting Help” or “Info on Old/Unresolved Tickets”?
My ticket is 120905-004096 and I have posted in “Players Awaiting Help” but still I have read here in forums about players with tickes that are made after this date that have been resolved already.
For me its past 72 hours and it seems the weekend I was hoping to spend in game now is a weekend browsing these sad threads from players waiting for help.
lol they are really messing things up

My friend got an automated reply to his ticket referring him to the self help tool.
He can not use the self help tool because his account was stolen and the email address on his account was changed.
He has waited for days and this is the response you give? A useless, careless response?

Lance allready mentioned that while it may be annoying for some, it did also solve the issue a lot of others were having.
That response was automated and does not mean they consider the ticket closed.
Why working so random? Atutomatic spam everyone in queue with kitten useless help? Please… it’s already ridiculous…

I don’t want to start a discussion in this thread, and yes, I know it’s frustrating to have to wait so long to be able to play the game again, but that response is ridiculous.
If you had been paying any attention to their daily updates, you’d know that they help more than 5000 people with login issues/hacked accounts every day. Those 30 are only the ones who posted in this thread who have a ticket that’s been open for (much) longer than 72 hours, and that have been helped since yesterday.
Maybe your response is ridiculous;

There shouldn’t be tickets waiting longer than 72 hours…
In this thread there are more than 30 guys, they should help all of us and then thinking about other things

Why on the tickets I have created it has appeared the status “Duplicated”? Are they still valid?
The other question is: since my account has been hacked, is there a way to know if it has also been banned? If it is so, will an e-mail arrive to my address?

My prioritized ticket reference is 120902-016533 submitted the September 2nd.
Someone hacked my account and I have submitted this ticket with the information that you have requested. In each ticket that I have submitted (old ones and prioritized ones) has appeared the status “Duplicated”. Is it normal? What does it means?
Is there a way to find out prior to the solution of the ticket if the account has been banned? Will an e-mail arrive at my address if it has been banned?
