I was to suprised when this happend to me. After realising I wasn’t that sure what I made exactly. Auto Attack or GS 2 (guardian) perhaps after reading your story

I call this lovley “HardMode” like in GW1 ^^

Sure but i had the same experience on Eternal Battlegrounds (Blue Keep, Riverside):
- It was also the Watergate
-Keep T3, no enemies inside for a lot of hours
- 1 attack at the gate and one mesmer was inside after i started build up a arrow Cart

I asked myself the same like the opener …. but i have to exclude the portal theorie ;P

Perhaps it is a bug with the gate itself ( i was pulled out of a tower several times through the gate itself, no not the coloured gate accidentely).
