I’m posting here because I don’t quite know whats happening with my game. I was in a 3 man party, the game ended, and someone may have hit the join party option at the end of the game. Once we got out, two of us were placed in one instance of Heart of the Mists, the other was placed in a separate instance. I’m unsure of who started the queue, but when a match was found, two of the members in the same instance didn’t get the accept/decline queue dialogue. We got 3 minutes of dishonor, then we wanted to requeue. Once the dishonor ran out, we found that no one in the party could requeue.
Where the options to queue normally are, there is only a banner stating Unranked queue, which you would normally after you’ve accepted the queue.

I can’t start a queue in anyway, but I joined a separate party, and had them queue me to see if I could get the accept/decline dialogue. It did not pop up this time either, even when I accepted the queue in a different map (I went to EB to see if that would allow me to start my own queue, it didn’t).
One other thing I noted was that after I joined the second queue, the leave queue button was greyed out, and while I was in queue there was no timer.
I really am unsure of how to proceed, its been this way for about an hour.
The two other players in my initial party that also suffered from the bug were Wichidi.9281 (who was in the instance with me and didn’t get an accept/decline dialogue) and Chiffer.9540 (who did get an accept/decline dialogue, but couldn’t requeue either).

Last edit before I’m off to bed. I was just exiting the game, not in a queue at all and it said after I hit exit game from the escape menu that I would get dishonor. Link to exiting game
