Guild Wars 2

Why isn’t there any personal housing available? The guild halls are nice for the whole guild to gather, but I want something that I can decorate and be my personal space. Not that Home Instance bs either…

With the new guild halls, there should be a quest board where members of the guild could find a quest , set by other players or NPCs, and complete the quest for guild rewards and personal rewards. Just an idea that would be fun
