I hope they compensate the furstration with an improved reward at the end of the mission… But I suppose I am dreaming…
Customer support is close to the worse I have ever experienced.
If a refund was possible, I would ask for one. If somebeody from support is reading this and can propose me one, I am taking it.
I completely disagree with ANet’s policy to implement new content instead of fixing the existing one, especially when bugs cripple the main story line.
