it’s crazy how many thieves have incinerator… that dagger just seems so far out of reach for me

Hi everyone,

I haven’t played GW 2 for a couple of months and have recently picked up where i left off. However, running around the world doing my map completion i noticed that i do not get haste from dodging (i can’t remember if i changed my traits or not when i last played before stopping) and reading through the traights i can’t find anything to this effect?

So my question is was this removed from the game or am i being a spaz and not seeing it in my traits?
