Guild Wars 2

Hi everyone!

I’m currently looking for a raiding guild. Here’s a bit about me and what I’m looking for:

About me
Played GW2 since June 2015
Played many MMOs in the past
Raiding since release of Spirit Vale
Casual/Semi-committed player
—>I’m in school now and working part time, so that limits how much time I can put into the game
—>I spend between 2-3 hours per day online, usually at night

Character/Raiding Experience
Fully experienced in VG and Gors (with kills), have not tried Sabetha.
Main raiding character is my Berserker. 90% Ascended (PS), Ascended trinkets (Condi).
Working on gearing my Dragonhunter and Tempest.
I may not be the most geared person ever (mostly due to my lack of playing time), but I know the ins and outs of classes I do play and how to best maximize my damage while staying alive. Feel free to take me on a trial run!

What I’m looking for
Rep not required. MOST Important. I will not be repping your guild if I join; I’m solely looking for a guild to raid with.
Mature, preferable 18 and up. VERY Important.
No discrimination or hate speech; Open minded. VERY Important. Does your guild tolerate anti-gay/religion/whatever behavior? Not for me. Does your guild welcome people with open arms and no judgment? Sign me up!
Committed members, but relaxed. SOMEWHAT Important. I take raiding seriously, so I’d like to join a guild with equally serious members. However, I don’t want to be in a guild where I’m absolutely expected to be geared a certain way (killed Gors with full exotics on my Berserker), run a specific build, or do specific things because someone says so. While I appreciate doing this the standard way, I like trying out new things in Raids, or bringing on a character that might not be fully geared because I can play it better or want to play it.
Other things I’m looking for: Fun, easygoing member base, raiding schedule on Saturdays/Sundays, Teamspeak server.

Hey guys,

I’m a new GW2 player based in Ferguson’s Crossing looking for a friendly, mature, casual PvE-focused guild to grow and develop in. Preferably, the guild would be 18+. I’m currently maining a level 32 guardian and leveling up quickly.

While I’ve only been playing GW2 for a week, I have years of MMO and MOBA experience in the past, from WoW, PWI (Perfect World), to LoL and HoN and many more. I’ve mostly mained support and tank/bruiser classes in those games – I enjoy doing the dirty and unglamorous work of tanking bosses or healing an entire party simply because I enjoy helping people and keeping them alive (also because it takes a lot for me to trust other people to keep the squad alive and prevent wipes).

I know that GW2 is a big departure from conventional, “hard trinity” MMOs, and I’d love to join a guild to learn about what it’s like to run dungeons in GW2, explore the world, have awesome conversations, and even dabble in WvW if it comes to that.

One of the factors that drew me to Guild Wars 2 (and rather impulsively shell out $50) is the supportive (for the most part) community. I have bitter memories of my first two games of Heroes of Newerth, where I was screamed at in caps lock, told to uninstall, cursed out on voice chat by four people, and vote-kicked out of the game in that order. On the flip side, in GW2 I’ve had people help me out in sticky situations, save me from being mobbed by a bunch of monsters, and just be polite to me in my first few days of playing the game.

Anywho, if you’re interested in having a mature, dedicated (but casual), supportive, and dependable player who’s willing to learn all about the game, grow, and soon help out on dungeon runs, let me know!
