Why is the gifting option unavailable on some items in the TP? Is gifting never available on items such as storage expansion or character slots, or is it just never available on these items when they are on sale? Any info would be appreciated. Thanks!

Same. Had a 5400 ping in EoTM. Was only 10 people with us, so wasn’t a huge group, or graphics issues. Everyone in there, and in all my guild chats were equally having lag issues throughout the entire game in multiple locations. Had to force close because it kept hanging. Checked internet connectivity, perfect connection, logged back in the game, back down to 45 ping for about 30 sec, then back up again to the point it’s unplayable. Finally logged off and said “F-it”
This, but I was in Silverwastes with guild mates having the same issue.
