I found out Friday night my account had been hacked and perma banned. Put ticket in that afternoon. Since I have updated to more secure email and pw for my account.

Was freaking out to be honest, because it said I was banned for gold selling, with no clue I was hacked until I saw my email stated someone was trying to login from China.

Anything you can do to speed up the process would be great.

I was banned for the same reason, but had control of my account the next day. Can’t log in, says I am terminated permanently. Glad they can shut down hackers fast, but really would like to continue playing again.
