On the Victory or Death quest at the end of the personal story, once you get on the airship to face the giants none of the cannons are interactive and the quest cannot be continued or completed. The giants throw their sludge(?) stuff and 2 enemies will continually appear to fight but the cannons and thus reflector shields are not working making the quest impossible to complete.
