Hi, I’m from Honduras with the same problem, I’ve had lag issues, subimitted tickets and never got a reply back from the support department for my problem. I currently play on Sea of Sorrrows.

So do I , but they haven’t helped me at all… so….

The abomination of the BSoD is still happening, so far I haven’t seen any good solution from ANet. I’ve tried many things from tweaking the Catalyst and disableing the router’s firewall. So far I haven’t figured out a way to fix the BSoD, heck I even tried using the shortcut with different ports , but none seem to work.

I keep getting a blackscreen , I was doing pvp and randomly it attacked me, it’s annoying, i’ve done all stated above and nothing seems to work for me.
