Yes, if your server drops enough rating, you guys will drop to a lower tier. This is assuming you guys aren’t already in T8 (T9 if you’re EU), but from “put with some lower rated server”, I’m going to assume that’s a safe bet.
Though, as much as I don’t want to be the troll that ruins your day…Your server dropping to a lower tier for a balanced match also assumes you don’t have one of the awkward and annoying in-between server populations that’s too low for your current tier, but too high for the tier below you.
It that were the case, it still won’t be a balanced match. But at least you’ll be winning. You’ll just be putting the other lower tier servers in your current position.

I’m not going to say what server I am on but every time I log on to play WvWvW we are losing I’m like ok that happens so I go out there and start to play some WvWvW and we are out number by 3 to are 1 always sometime 5 to 1 I’m like this is no fun I’m not going to play WvWvW if we can never win butt I log on and try to do my part anyways.
So I see the rating of my sever going down. My question is if are rating is going down will we be put with some lower rated sever to try and balance this out or will we always have to play the same server’s that kicks are butt all the time?

Let me clarify. Completing the map for the zone is not mandatory. The word “need”, in case your English isn’t very good, means that you MUST have something, i.e. that thing is mandatory.
You do not “need” to complete the zone, you WANT to complete it.

I hate to be ‘that guy’ (actually, i love being ‘that guy’) but your pedantry is flawed. If you’d paid attention to the use of English you’d know that it’s incredibly common for people to use the word need for something that isn’t necessary but they have a strong desire for. Under the defining criteria of what is and isn’t correct use of language common use trumps all and thus need also means a strong desire. We should also pay attention to the context in which it occured, OP said s/he needs to do the jumping puzzles for 100% map completion which funnily enough doesn’t even use the word need in the manner you were criticising the OP for.
Obviously you were trying to appear superior to the OP yet failed to even understand the sentence. Next time i’d suggest not doing so as if that’s your method of self-satisfaction you really need to sort your life out.
Anyway, as for jumping puzzles they do infuriate me sometimes yet other times it’s amused me trying to show people how to get up places yet they still fail. I’m not sure if i’m going to even go for 100% map completion yet even though i’ve completed a fair few areas. Having them linked to achievements is a necessity otherwise they might as well be removed and while part of me doesn’t want them for map completion it does make sense especially with vistas considering the panning that takes place.

I love the viewpoints great ideal and that would be the best place to whip out your telescope and take a look at the scenery for your self.

1st person view would be cool. I just think it could be an item to craft and you could have a zoom in and out on it lol but any thing to take a better look at the environment.
