If possible swap it for a nvidia card. Did that myself when i had a radeon 7870 and there is no going back. Thats the only fix for it at the moment.

I had that same problem with 7870 oc. Downclocking it helped a bit but didnt take the problem away entirely.

Don’t have any problems anymore with my new Nvidia card.

Skill delay and rubber banding here too since last week. Game is next to unplayable.
