I finally got my items tonight. I had been waiting since Aug 25th.
Thanks and much praise to the support team.
It felt like no one was listening for a while there.
To everyone else who are still waiting, be patient they are coming.

I am sorry but this is just getting pathetic, we are not cry babies asking for something that isn’t ours. We paid real money for items in a game that we either didn’t receive at all or we deleted our initial character and lost. Why, because there was no warning that we would lose them none at all. There are a lot of us from the three day headstart that still haven’t gotten any help what so ever. I want to know why that is? We are three weeks from the 25th of August when most of us submitted our first support ticket. We obviously love the game you guys created or we wouldn’t be here. We just want the items we paid for, that’s it.

I’m getting extremely fed up with your mess Arenanet.
Either restore everyones CE items, or dont do it at all.

i’d like the items that I paid for sometime this decennia please.

I do like how they sneakily added a warning into the mail that delivered the items. Dont be fooled, that warning wasnt always there.


Exactly that warning was not there, nice trick guys.
Come on and take care of all the customers. I have personally been waiting since the 25th.

I agree, how can we be penalized for deleting characters without a fair warning that these items were one time use only for only one character. I didn’t find that out until I went on the support page after the fact. I too thought it would be like Guild Wars 1 and just resend me my items. I think we should all get the items back.
