Guild Wars 2

This was/is a great game and tho I have spent $200 in gems, I feel like it hasn’t been a total waste. What I do consider waste was spending $40 on keys during the mad king event and having almost nothing to show for it. Aside from that, I spent money on various town clothing, bank slots, character slots, makeover kits and the mining pick. I got lucky with the Molten events and was able to get 2 tickets from 10 keys purchased with gold but I was hoping for at least 1 Screlite ticket for an axe, heck, I only got 2 crates to drop during these few weeks with nothing in it. Kinda disheartening to have a game just flat out tell you “No, you’re not meant to have this weapon, ever.” I would’ve spent money and just flat out bought it.

Not even gonna go into the fact that I never saw a precursor drop, or an abyss die/celestial or anything worth over 10g. Well, got my Culture T3, Rox’s Quiver along with Fused GS/Longbow. Nothing else I could want.

Anyways. Its been a fun ride. I used to be excited for new MMOs, but after GW2, I feel like the genre has peaked and there’s nothing better on the horizon. Can’t go back to the old quest system, trinity, raids and whatnot. I had 7 years of WoW for that. Well, time to dust off my old Steam backlog. Got some cleaning to do before the next steam sale.

Might check out the swimwear/school outfits. If I don’t buy them, then I know for sure I’m done. Here’s my ranger posing for… w/e.

No crossbreeding? Then how do you explain my Elonian Norn?

Not sure why this was overlooked. I was looking to create an Elonian based elementalist however I was unable to find a decent hairstyle. 3 great hairstyles would’ve been the dreadlocks, the long ponytail and a standard bald hairstyle.

I’ve got a bald Norn but I’m hardly Elonian.

Please at least add a bald style for human females. That has to be easy at least.

I had a question similar to this, might as well ask. Are these locations purged on their own after a certain time? I don’t know the voodoo behind this but my IP location changes quite often and shows me in different cities even tho I’m in the same location. This is normal I’ve been told. Can’t help but wonder if I have a large list of allowed addresses.

Not the monthly survivor mind you, Lifetime Survivor is located under the Hero tab. Question is, does the achievement work? If it does, when does the tracking begin?
