i been having the same problem, i can send and they get it right away but i do not get the mail till houres latter. my mail took like over a houre before i got something and i am still missing mail.
since yesterday i can not use my trait points and since today i cant get my mail from my friend. the trait points both of us cant use, as for the mail, i got one mail from him then nothing. i can send to him but i do not get any off his mail. this sucks as we been giving eachother items and now i can only give to him but he cant to me. dose anyone know how we can traid with out mail? and dose anyone else have the same problem with there traits points? he is new and i been playing since launch. we are both in the same house so i can see that he is sending the items and they just not getting to me. we both have relogged and nothing. i never had this problems. we have also made new guys and same problem. even if i log into my higher guys i cant get mail from him.
