MaxPlayerPerMapAndFraction = Round(ServerPlayerCapacity / MaxFractionPerMap)

Use this algo. to determine how many player per fraction can enter the WvW map. My experience is, that the total number of players is independent of the fractions. Definitely on 24 Nov. 2012 on Kodash DE. Most slots were occupied by “Pieken Place”. The algo. above is at least an approximately real balance of players on the map of all fractions. Unused slots should NOT moved or distributed to other fraction.
