Once its bought,all your toons can use all the colors you currently have. Having each toon have to buy the same dyes over and over gets very old..

I bought the new mini pets,and my account shows that I have, over a week ago and I still havent gotten them. I have filled out two bug reports and still nothing. Any help would be great on this..
