Having just completed the Claw of Jormag, none of the veteran elementals rf the champion mobs despawned. Went on to the Dredge Commissar, mob killed, yet another Commissar was by the chest?
Not sure if this is linked, but, the GW2 Stuff overlay stopped updatig correctly at these events also. Claw stuck on one crystal remains. Commissar stuck on defeat the Commissar,

Same here I’m afraid. No achievement update.
Never lost an item or cash as yet due to any of this type of problem thankfully.
