Same here: Blackgate (US)
Cant represent my own guild and dont have bank access with a bunch of crafting materials..
Also cannot join any instance to play FOTM or dungeons since yesterday – those bugs must be somehow connected (have appeared the same time)
Game is unplayable.. Support is silent and does not answering any questions and tickets… sad…

Got the same issue from today…
Pop-up widow click doesnt work and entering instance via ‘portal’ just starting the new instance of my own….
It’s absolutely unacceptable…
Another bug is connected with this one (has appeared simultaniously) – I could not represent any guild other than that i’m currently in.. even if I’m in that guild I couldnt use guild bank access cause banker does not see me as a guild member….
