I noticed this since the beginning of Wintersday, but mainly because that’s when I started placing banners for the karma boost. Apparently its a known issue from like 6 months ago so don’t know if there is going to be a fix for it anytime soon. What I also noticed is that your banner will not disappear as long as you stay in the map, even past its intended spawn time. I was there for about 4-5 hours the other day to test it and the banner never disappeared.
