I can chime in here to hopefully address a few of these issues. First of all, the redirect issue is known and currently being worked on. It should (in theory) be possible to resolve it by clearing your browser’s cache (cookies and browsing data) and then reloading the buy site (you might have to hard-refresh the page using CTRL+F5), however it sounds like that hasn’t quite solved the problem for some users so we’re trying to dig further into why that might be.
Still getting this error via Firefox. When I open it in a private window to block cookies and such I get a busted up page see attached image below, turned off ad blocker same thing. I think Anet management really needs to have a serious meeting with their web developers. This is not a good thing for such a big day that should be generating easy sales. I know there are work arounds such as using a different browser, or buying in game but customers shouldn’t have to fiddle with such things to buy your product.
I’ve been able to reproduce this in a private Firefox window, but nowhere else (as another user mentioned it occurring in Chrome and Edge as well). Firefox is extra aggressive with its tracking protection and it blocks a lot of scripts loaded across domains by default in private windows, which is interfering with content loaded by our payment provider. Private windows in both Edge and Chrome seem to allow everything to load fine with the browser default settings, so I would hazard a guess that an extension like Disconnect or an Adblocker is interfering here somehow (uBlock Origin doesn’t seem to be causing problems as far as I can tell, but ymmv depending on what filter lists you’re using and how aggressively you’re blocking). I know it’s not a good answer in this situation, but for the time being the best solution will probably be to not use a private window.
