Its nice that they left out the marauder and valkyire gear out of the pvp vendors, i mean you would think you would be able to gear your self in WvW gear by doing WvW.

Not going to bother with wvw at this point, i already invested all of my gold into a build some one said would work but now that some is taking 90% of my hp with a single hit with it while i am unable to do any damage with it all.

Already have full beserker exotics with my jewelry being assassin, should i change them or keep it as is?

Its has been 9 days and i am yet to obtain a response for my password reset. If my issue is not resolved in a couple of days i am finished with purchasing or playing any products that is maintained by arena net, no point in waiting months for somthing as simple as this. Worst customer service i have seen in any game. Smaller company’s then you have provided me with quicker and far better results than this crap.

On the day i made my ticket for reseting my Guild Wars Origonal password i obtained a reponse in hours saying

“Thanks for contacting the Guild Wars Support Team to request assistance with your account.We would like to help you as quickly as possible. In order to do that, we will need to verify some information about the account. Asking a few questions ensures that we are following proper security measures designed to protect all game accounts. So, please take a minute to provide as much of the following information as you can” I sent them as much information as i could but its been close to 6 days with no reponse, why will they not respound back to me even though they were on my ticket?

5 days ago i sent a password reset for my Guild Wars 1 account but i have not been given a response to my issue. Yesterday, i also submitted a password reset for my guild wars 2 account and it only took 1 day for a response to recover my account. Is their a issue with submitting tickets through the guild wars 1 format that i am not currently aware of?

My ticket was sent 4/15/15 and now is has been 5 days since a response. The purpose of this ticket was to reset my guild wars 1 account but when i sent a password reset for my guild wars 2 account it only took 1 day.
