Hey, I have some really interesting info for you. We have not been able to find a single case of gold going missing from an account unless:
- It was hacked
- The account holder is not considering that gold is based on characters and not the account, is looking for gold in storage instead of on a specific character
If things look normal but you feel you are missing gold, check all your characters and I bet the vast majority of you will find you do have the gold, after all, just on a different character.
If you think you may have been hacked, please change your password immediately and contact Support for assistance.
I wouldn’t say I wasn’t hacked… because when I logged in, all my mails had been deleted (I am guessing to remove the evidence of moving the gold?)
I am still missing about 3gold which is really getting on my nerve as I actually got this gold by trading gems to gold (so basicly someone stole money from me, though I know once irl currency is converted to ingame currency the rules change)
I would love to hear if my lost gold was the result of being hacked or if it was because of the trading post?

I just logged in to see I had also lost all my gold (about 3-4gold) I hope they will look into this issue and refund the lost gold
