Guild Wars 2

Successfully logged in this morning. My game just needed a 36 hour break I guess. I’ll let you know if it happens again.

I’ve had what sounds to me like the same problem a few times a day. Sometimes, for instance, I can’t charm a pet or get a skillpoint or vista or NPC to respond. About 10% of the time (just random estimate), after several seconds or minutes when this happens, my character will suddenly appear several feet away from where she was, then I’ll be able to move within range of whatever I was doing and accomplish it successfully. Logging out to character selection and back in again also fixes the problem temporarily.

I’m having this problem as well. I looked up an old thread and tried the solution at the end that seemed to help everybody, and it didn’t work. I then decided to test other games that I don’t play anymore. They work perfectly fine, but I want to play Guild Wars 2, so I tried opening it again, and it still has the same problem it’s had all day. Attached is a screenshot of World of Warcraft logged in and functioning behind the Guild Wars 2 splash window trying to connect. I’ve only been playing Guild Wars 2 for a week or so, but it’s been working fine up until today, and I really liked it, so I hope this isn’t how it ends.
