Hi everyone! I’m interested in buying one of the Halloween costume sets. I just want to know if the costumes are account bound after you put it on. It says account bound / consumable, but I’m not sure if it’s still account bound after it’s equipped. I change characters often, so I want to make sure I know what I’m getting. Thanks!
