TBH, they are more organized than the rest of us. I do agree that its a little trange that thye seem to be able to amass that ammount of players in the early hours. However, the mass of people on i.e. Desolation, all they know how to do is zerg.
Play smarter, spend money on Siege weapons, don’t zerg but guard keeps. All of which the majority are not doing.
