The UI is still missing the textures on both sides of the experience bar too. I can’t imagine this change was intentional, because it just looks bad and doesn’t fit the nice art style of the rest of the UI.

It also bumped the mini map up a bit, which created a distracting gap for some players. Sorry if this makes anyone notice it now, because it can get somewhat annoying once your attention is drawn to it.

I was also having this issue. To fix it I just ran the repair on gw2.exe. It hasn’t given me any trouble since.

Thanks for the information! I ran a repair on the game like you said and it also fixed this problem for me, which was introduced by the last major patch.

I’ve noticed this as well. If you look closely, you can also see some missing textures from the UI, such as where your levels are displayed on the bottom far right and left. It’s currently just a solid black background with no styling.

Someone has been nice enough to keep a running list of all the current bugs that have been introduced, and I believe this issue is on the list as well.
