Furry Fighting Force [Ewok] is currently looking for 1-2 active players to join our team. We currently consist of 5 members but would like 1-2 more since we’d like to be able to play more regularly. We are still sorting our team comp out after recent updates. Before we scored nice results in the AG tourny. We now plan on winning this and moving on. We have been togheter as a team for a while and are a bunch of fun non-kitteny players. So don’t be afraid and hit me up!

Hi all, I do not post here often, actually this should be one of my first posts here, so I’ll introduct myself first before going on about the issue with this expansion which for me is the price discrimination between veterans and new players.

I am what you can call a Guild Wars veteran, been playing both this game as GW1 for YEARS. I enjoyed all the betas at the start and have rarely taken a break to explore other games. I am currently a proud commander of the Gandaran server and active in the PvP aspect of the game aswell. I enjoyed this game A LOT and still do after all these years. However… My love for the game has taken a serious beating.

Here’s why:

I was super excited about the expansion, and I do believe you get a lot in exchange for your money. But I’m sure I share a feeling with tons of other veteran Guildwars players… And that’s a feeling of being neglected and backstabbed. Without us active players there wouldn’t have been a game no more. We’re a part of the backbone of Guildwars as I see it. When I see a person complaining about the game online I jump straight in and back it up. So I a bit shocked when I found out that we have to pay for both the game and the expansion. Or as you could see it: new players getting the game as an extra. I liked the method in GW1 of each game being a brick to build your account. You could buy another “brick” for your account by buying the expansion, simply for the price of the brick. Now we have to pay for the first brick again… Or the people buying the second brick get the first one for free. Leading to a lot of us feeling neglected. I’m not here to discute the price, it’s a fair price for what you get. But I can’t stop the feeling of having to pay the same ammount of money to get less. I spend the money buying solely the expansion, others buy the entire thing. Where does this leave me personally now?
Well… With an unsure feeling about buying the game.

Again, I enjoyed playing this game for ages, but I’m not sure if I’m going to follow you guys on this next step…

Aight, This is where i Will gett involved, i dont usually show My face here, butttt i Just wanted to point 3 things out 1. Gandara does gave a Nice stable community of which i am glad to gave Been a part of since bèta’s, 2. Deso is off-topic, 3. We do NOT need other primetime wvw guilds atm, the situation now is that primetime ques are big enough and we dont want to punch the old-gandarans in the face with even biggr ones so New guilds wint Be welcomed in a Nice wat which DOESNT count for afternoon/nightshift guilds, New commanders on t other Hand are appreciated , so please, of u dont meet what w ask First Be as Nice to ask us about It and the See what happens

I would like to tell you that Gandara has a decent night force and we can definitly use a leader like you in here !
We also offer a nice home to stay with a nice community and just nice players troughout.
We got a fairly good coverage in WvW and get dedicated players trying to make the most of it.

You should know better.
You saw us (DP) when we tried to use a Portal below Vista. You came from NE Supplycamp and we wiped you. After this Fight you guys roamed hills with Crazy numbers and Killed our Mesmer. You Even Danced on bis corpse. So i guess we just won the First hide and seak.

“crazy numbers” = our 20 guildies that were there , and there was NO mesmer left inside for sure, since we were “roaming with crazy numbers” we should have seen that don’t you think? We both talking about AM BL right?

And about the not being upgraded I only have to say that gandara was t3 with wp and bay was t2 with mortars, only in the morning when we had about 20 people we didn’t upgrade because it was impossible
ALso I wonna compliment ROF on their afternoon gameplay, really had it rough vs you guys sometimes

You joking about the YOLO blob being useless right? I busted my walls off since 8 a.m to get some people on while a 60 header MS blob was razing trough our BL’s, we started off with 10 yes, 10 guys and more and more people came but still whenever MS blod joined the BL we were in we got outmanned sooooo badly, we didn’t even go for MS BL to capture a tier 3 keep since IT WOULD BE IMPOSSIBLE, if we would have been a real blob , we could have eaten it. And I am being VERY VERY proud of the work that the guys did with YOLO, I was commanding em, yes.
And guys, come on a blob includes waaaay more people…
And everyone in gandara complaining should get their own tag and try to set up something and even try to build siege vs a 60 headed blob from MS
I can sincerely say that dodging the attacks capping the lost stuff back was bather rather than defending.

iDarko : I wonna say that Gandara won this round without exploits from the [YaK] guild, I , for one , was involved in the action and I wonna say that it was NOT exploit.
I can speak in the name off all the yaks that we firmly deny this acquisitions and that we are really upset by you letting us look like hackers. Just wanted to let this know.
