Same as above, been stuck at end of Part 1 for 10 hours.

“Soothing Bastion” A grand-master trait in the Herald trait line, I believe is bugged. When in a fight it works as intended, however when you are downed, it activates once your health reaches 25% (While Downed). This prevents you from using abilities while downed but does not heal you, nor make you invulnerable.
