Been waiting since 8/30 for my account to be restored to me after the account name was changed. The account name was changed without even sending a simple confirmation email to ensure it was the rightful owner changing information.

All I want is to get back into it, I feel like I’ve waited long enough after reading that some have gotten back in as little as 3-4 days after submitting their ticket.
