Guild Wars 2

Yeah I’ve been trying for the past 2 hours on adnul and still can’t beat him. :/ I beat all the others after my first or 2nd try but ive done this guy at least 15 times now

In Lion’s Arch I’m experiencing this strange thing where if I move more than 30-40 feet away from another player or npc they disappear. I see people appear and disappear as they run from one end of the mystic forge room to the other. It’s really weird and its throwing me off. Is there a way to make it so that it just shows all NPCs and players instead of phasing them in and out based on my proximity to them?
