I have been in constant contact through this thread, and I have updated my ticket as had been requested for people to do. The update was on 9/15, and I haven’t received any word back since I did that.
I attempted to use my Tome of Influence on 8/26 and received absolutely nothing for it. This was during the height of the guild bugs. I was representing my guild at the time and I absolutely should have received the influence.
My ticket number is: 120826-007493.
While I understand that these situations can get backlogged, the lack of response has been very concerning and frustrating.

Incident: 120826-007493 – Tome of Influence bugged when I used and didn’t give any influence, vanishing after use.
Submitted back on 8/26. I never received any replacement item (I wasn’t even aware that there was a wave of replacements sent out until just a little bit ago today).
I received a very generic “sorry about the wait” response back on 9/12.
No resolution yet, unfortunately.

I’d submitted this ticket back on 8/26. I had used the Digital Deluxe Tome of Influence, and I received absolutely nothing as a result. I was representing my guild at the time as well, and the Tome just… vanished when I double-clicked it. It is not an issue of it going to the wrong guild or anything—it’s an issue of me not receiving one of the specific benefits I was wanting from purchasing the DD edition of the game. =/
I ran into the same issue, opened a support ticket back during the headset, never heard any sort of response.
