Thank you for answering my four questions

I’ve got two questions:

1: What constitutes a kill? If I damage something and someone else deals the final blow, does it count?

2: Do “On kill” sigils still work when using kits? Do stack get lost when switching kits?

The wiki is somewhat vague on this. Thanks.
