Guild Wars 2

Help!!! I’ve tried at least 6-10 times with 3 different races and I can’t get the dive off the Lion’s Arch lighthouse completed. Each one lands on the second ramp and kills me. I’ve tried getting the speed boost at the bottom, running off the diving board and going off at different points on the board. I haven’t gotten into the water yet. Any body out there know how to get into the water from up there?

Forgot to mention that I also tried using the flip to see if it would move me out further but no luck there either

Read the sticky and checked my mail again. Nothing in my in-box or spam file. I considered filing another ticket but really don’t think it would help since I got no response from the first one. I guess I will any way since at this point I’m nowhere with the first one.

I made a ticket about 4 days ago and haven’t heard anything at all, not even the canned response about how they will look into it as soon as they can. Nothing.

I purchased the LW, Season 2 storyline complete set with gems when it was on special a short time ago. I played the first 2 segments and when I got to the third part, The Dragon’s Reach, Episode 1, it was locked. It asks for and additional 200 gems before I can access this part of the story. All the rest of the segments will open and show a small chest at the end of each title. Only this one asks for re-purchase of something I’ve already paid for. How can I get this to open?
