I’ve had several follow ups to my support ticket – all very prompt and polite. So there is that at least. However, nothing has been resolved. If it’s being addressed as a ‘known issue’ in another thread, that’s great but I’d like to see it. Might also be a good idea to let the csrs know about it so they can let people who file tickets know instead of having them keep change their passwords which is not working.

Update: I created a ticket for this and while support was prompt they did not answer my questions at all. Instead, the initial reply stated, "we’ll help you recover your account,’ when I clearly stated I’d never lost it and that I could log in fine and that I had never changed my password since BETA. I specifically asked about why this was occurring and speculated that perhaps it had to do with a failure to authenticate credentials while logged into the game.
The second reply completely ignored my questions and stated, “we’ll help you reset your password,” and with a new password set by support. I logged in and changed it but I’m not pleased that none of my questions were answered and instead they just treated it like an account recover / password reset issue when that is not what was occurring for me.
