Hello. I would like to know if there’s any updates on my ticket, #537422: Authenticator added without consent.
The staff was super helpful and I can access my account again after being hacked, but I replied asking for a rollback as several of my items were gone, as well as gold, laurel, karma, etc. I replied to the e-mail since none said “Final Response”
Should I submit another ticket?
